Absolutely! All VidaMount products are warrantied by VidaBox LLC for a period of 1 year, or 2 years for sales made within the EU and the UK.

Items returned for warranty service must not have been worn beyond normal use, altered, or damaged by abuse, negligence, or other factors unrelated to defects in workmanship.

To started a return for warranty / service:

• 1. Email us with your order number, part item you're having an issue with, and its serial number.
• 2. Let us know the symptoms experienced (if applicable).
• 2. After troubleshooting, we'll reply with the return form and RMA number.

Shipping is done Monday thru Friday from our (5) international warehouses. Depending on your location, VidaBox offers same-day shipping for orders placed before:

• · USA: 3:30p New York time
• · Canada: 11:30a Toronto time
• · EU: 11a Germany time
• · UK: 11a UK time

All Australia / New Zealand orders are shipped next business day.

Custom built items (like printed enclosures) have typical lead times of a few days up to to a few weeks, depending on the customizations needed. Lead times will be provided in the quotation / before ordering.

VidaBox accepts Visa and Mastercard for USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and NZD transactions. American Express and Discover is also accepted for USD - contact us if you'd like to pay a non-USD order with AmEx.

We also accept:

• · ACH : Available for any USD order, with no minimums.
• · Check / Money order : Funds must be drawn in USD.
• · Wire Transfer : This is available for domestic orders over $1000 & international orders over $2500.

We currently do not accept:

• · Bitcoin / Cryptocurrency.
• · Paypal : However, Paypal-issued debit cards are accepted through our website.

Note: Purchase orders (POs) can be issued to place an order, but payment is generally required before products are shipped out. NET terms are generally not available - allowances are only made for federal, state, and locally government entities.

Yes, VidaBox does offer a reseller / partner program.

To apply:

• 1. Submit your company's tax exemption form here.
  · UK, EU, CAN resellers: Simply include your company name, VAT / GST / HST / QST number.
• 2. You'll receive a response with a new set of login credentials, typically within 1-4 Business hours.
• 3. Once you login, you'll receive sales tax exemption (if applicable) and discounts are attached to your new login!

Yes! We design every VidaMount with on-staff engineers, and have in-house iPad & tablet enclosure manufacturing capabilities. We own our own tooling & machinery, allowing us to easily provide truly custom solutions to meet any need!

To start your customization request:

• 2. Include sketches & diagrams of the custom mounts / enclosures needed, and there requirements.
• 3. Our engineering team will reach out to discuss pricing and options within 2-3 working days!
